A Battery Swapping Executive (also known as a Battery Replacement Executive) at a charging station manages the daily operations of electric vehicle (EV) battery exchanges, primarily for two-wheelers and three-wheelers. Their main responsibility is to provide rapid, safe, and efficient battery replacement services to customers, usually within 2–5 minutes, ensuring that discharged batteries are replaced with fully charged ones.
