• Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates for a variety of roles within the Fintec/BFSI industry.
• Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source candidates.
• Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to ensure a diverse talent pool.

Candidate Screening & Interviews:

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the interview process.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and business objectives.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and relevant laws.
• Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports and analytics.

Offer & Onboarding Support:

• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience during the offer and onboarding process.
• Work with the HR team to ensure smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

Market Insights & Industry Networking:

• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments in the BFSI sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and associations to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Fintec/BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of Finec/BFSI industry roles and skills required.
• Expertise in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Jobhai, Work India etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
