· To coordinate with various branches for delivery and pickup

· To send daily MIS to customers

· To handle customer queries on mail and on call

· To assist the sales team to get deliveries on time

· To take follow up of deliveries with branches on daily basis and clear any pending queries with coordination with customer

· To create monthly billings of the customers & follow up for the payment.

· Any other follow up or task as directed by the Manager/Director

· Minimum experience of 2-4 years

· Should be good with communication and follow up

· Should be good with multitasking
