Job Description: Office Administrator / Billing Coordinator

Position: Office Administrator / Billing & Coordination Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organized professional to handle bill submission, coordination with internal departments and external vendors, and general office administration work. The role involves both in-office duties and outside coordination work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on bills, invoices, and expense statements with clients and vendors
  • Coordinate with accounts, administration, and other departments for timely processing of payments
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation related to billing and office activities
  • Handle office coordination work, including scheduling, correspondence, and support tasks
  • Perform outside office work such as bank visits, courier handling, vendor follow-ups, and document submissions
  • Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, reports, and office supplies management
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in Commerce / Administration or related field
  • Experience in billing, administration, or office coordination preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounts, invoicing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to handle outdoor/field work

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers may apply if suitable)
