Billing Engineer Civil

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our Mumbai office. The candidate will support billing activities and assist in checking bills from different project sites. The role involves coordinating with site and office teams to ensure accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check contractor and subcontractor bills received from sites
• Compare bills with work orders and BOQs
• Assist in checking purchase bills and material deliveries
• Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, and accounts team
• Maintain proper billing records and reports
• Highlight any errors or mismatches in billing
• Support during audits and basic reporting work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in billing or site engineering
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Understanding of BOQ and billing process
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
