Job Description
💼 Job Opening: Billing ExecutiveCompany: Inspiron Technology
Location: Mumbai (Lamington Road / Goregaon)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices and GST bills
- Ensure accurate billing as per orders
- Handle credit notes and debit notes
- Coordinate with sales team for billing details
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Share invoices with customers via email/WhatsApp
- Follow company billing procedures and timelines
Requirements:
- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- Basic knowledge of GST invoicing
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail
