Hiring Billing Executive for Wholesale Jewellery Shop

We are looking for a Billing Executive for our wholesale fashion jewellery shop. This is not a pure office job, so the person should be comfortable working desk in a traditional shop setup

Main work will be billing, invoice making, and computer-related work. Candidate should know billing software or should have prior experience in billing work. Good English and basic computer comfort are required.

Since this is a wholesale shop environment, when there is no billing work, the person may also be required to help with other day-to-day shop work such as packing goods, checking items, or assisting staff in operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing work or billing software preferred
• Comfortable using computer for billing and related tasks
• Good English
• Practical and willing to work in a shop environment
• Should be sincere and ready to help in daily operations when needed
• Good work ethic, and clean accounting ethic.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM

We need someone who understands that this is a shop job, where work depends on daily business requirements, and billing as well as general support work may both be part of the role.
