Billing Executive – Satcom Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete monthly billing cycle with high accuracy
• Prepare and release customer invoices for satcom / telecom services
• Ensure correct GST, IGST and tax application on invoices
• Maintain billing data in Zoho Books and internal systems
• Perform sales vs purchase reconciliation and margin checks
• Handle CN / DN, pro-rata billing and billing amendments
• Coordinate with vendors for billing discrepancies and resolutions
• Respond to customer billing queries within defined timelines
• Upload invoices on customer portals when required
• Maintain proper billing documentation and audit-ready records

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 4 years experience in billing or accounts receivable
• Strong working knowledge of GST and invoicing
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Excel
• Experience in telecom, satcom or maritime billing preferred
• Good attention to detail and reconciliation skills
