📌 Job Summary:

Shreyans Retail Solutions is hiring a highly experienced BPO Executive (Telesales) to join its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, an international calling background, and a proven record in telesales or outbound sales. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales closures, and maintaining long-term customer relations.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• 📞 Make outbound international calls to promote and sell company products/services
• 🔄 Assign leads to channel partners and follow the process until closure
• 🎯 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• 📈 Follow up on leads generated from different marketing sources
• 💬 Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
• 🗂️ Maintain detailed records of calls, leads & sales in the CRM
• 🤝 Work closely with the team to improve sales scripts and conversion strategies
• 📚 Stay updated with product details and industry knowledge to handle objections
• ✔️ Ensure adherence to company policies & international compliance standards
• ⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ✔️ 3–5 years of experience in International BPO, telesales, outbound sales, or channel partner sales
• ✔️ Excellent English communication, speaking & typing
• ✔️ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• ✔️ Ability to engage international clients confidently
• ✔️ Good telemarketing & telecalling expertise
• 🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
• Incentives: Target-based incentives
• Other Benefits: As per company policy
