Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, providing information to customers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

Follow up with leads and convert them into qualified prospects.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Good listening and negotiation skills.

Prior telecalling or BPO experience is a plus.

Salary

Based on experience + performance incentives.

Work Schedule

Day shift / Rotational shift (as applicable).
