Job Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth coordination of academic and support activities.
- Manage student engagement processes including inquiries, counseling coordination, admissions, and post-admission support.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, parents, and educational partners.
- Plan and support outreach initiatives such as school programs, seminars, and awareness sessions.
- Guide and support branch teams on academic offerings, service standards, and internal processes.
- Monitor admission workflows, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure effective collaboration between academic, operations, and administrative teams.
- Address student, parent, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Track branch performance, maintain MIS reports, and share periodic updates with management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, service quality standards, and operational guidelines.
