Branch Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage the branch operations in Marol, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling the call center sales team, driving business growth, and managing both inbound and outbound sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the branch operations and sales performance.
• Handle and lead inbound and outbound call center sales teams.
• Drive health insurance sales and ensure achievement of branch targets.
• Monitor team productivity, call quality, and conversion rates.
• Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between different teams within the branch.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and ensure business growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience with branch handling exposure.
• 4–5 years of BFSI experience, specifically in Health Insurance.
• Experience in outbound sales and call center team management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
