Job Description
The Role — What You’ll Do
As a Growth Manager & Brand Strategist, you’ll drive business growth across our portfolio of brands on Swiggy and Zomato. From managing algorithms to launching new IDs and analysing customer data, you’ll be the engine behind our brand performance.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
📈 Driving growth across all brands by studying and optimising marketplace funnels, algorithms, and platform visibility levers.
🚀 Strategising for new brand launches — planning their platform rollout, boosting early discovery, and driving revenue growth.
🧾 Catalogue management — maintaining menus, listings, photos, and pricing across aggregators to ensure accuracy and performance.
🔍 Analysing data — studying sales mix, customer behaviour, and performance metrics to identify actionable insights.
⚙ Monitoring ops metrics closely and flagging any concerning trends to relevant internal teams.
💡 Collaborating with multiple teams — marketing, ops, design, and tech — to execute brand growth strategies end-to-end.
🧠 Running experiments to test hypotheses, improve conversion rates, and scale what works.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Understand Swiggy and Zomato algorithms — rankings, visibility, discounts, and search placement.
Are data-driven and comfortable diving deep into dashboards, Excel/Sheets, and reports.
Can seamlessly coordinate across teams to drive projects from idea to execution.
Have an eye for brand storytelling, customer insights, and business impact.
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, experimental, startup environment.
