Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will own brand positioning, campaigns, and communication across channels to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategy aligned with business goals
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all platforms
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across touchpoints


2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, social, PR)
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI


3. Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research
  • Identify trends and insights to inform brand decisions
  • Translate data into actionable marketing strategies


4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and digital teams
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between brand and business objectives


5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Analyze campaign results and present actionable insights
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively


Requirements


Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in brand marketing, preferably in tech, or startups
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end campaigns


Skills

  • Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Experience working with agencies and managing budgets
