Brand Promoter

• Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs (occasions, budget, style), provide expert advice, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry types, gemstones, metals, and certification to educate customers.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, secure, and visually appealing, with displays regularly updated.
• Operations & Inventory: Handle transactions accurately (cash/card/POS), assist with stock checks, and manage inventory.
• Relationship Management: Follow up with clients post-purchase, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Marketing Support: Actively seek new clients through networking and social media. 

Good Communication skills in English Mandatory

Graduation Mandatory
