Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.

Conduct meetings with clients, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.

Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements.

Coordinate with development and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.

Support Government or enterprise-level process documentation (if applicable).
