Business Analyst

Role: BUSINESS ANALYST - INTERMEDIATE

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst - Intermediate with strong experience in Core Banking and Financial systems, particularly in General Ledger and Financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes related to Core Banking and Financial Systems.
• Work on General Ledger Management and Financial & Regulatory reposting requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define functional specifications.
• utilize Oracle R12 e- Business Suite Financial Applications (GL, AP, FA, AR).
• Support Agile Scrum ceremonies and project execution.
• Work with relational databases and BI Tools for reporting and analysis.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Core Banking domain.
• Strong experience in:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Financial & Regulatory Reporting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 e-Business Suite Financial Applications (GL, AP, FA, AR).
• Knowledge of relational databases and BI tools (SAP BI, Oracle SQL).
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
