Business Development Intern (Tele-Sales)Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Duration: Internship

Stipend: ₹6,500 – ₹10,500 (Performance-Based)

Role OverviewWe are seeking disciplined and motivated individuals for a Business Development (Tele-Sales) internship. This is a target-driven role focused on direct sales, client interaction, and revenue generation. The role offers practical exposure to real-time sales processes and business development activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients and target audiences on behalf of the company
  • Introduce and explain the company’s products and services
  • Persuade prospects to purchase or subscribe to services
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Assist the team with post-sales activities for closed deals
  • Continuously improve sales pitch and conversion rates
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and feedback sessions


Performance Expectations

  • Meet daily call targets
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Maintain consistency in reporting and participation in review meetings

Compensation
