About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Associate who will primarily handle telecalling activities. This role involves connecting with potential service partners/customers, explaining offerings, and driving onboarding and engagement through effective communication.

If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and have a knack for persuasion, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities-

●Make outbound calls to potential service partners/customers

●Explain Urban Company’s services and onboarding process clearly

●Generate leads and convert them into active partners/users

●Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong communication

●Address queries and resolve concerns professionally

●Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions

●Work closely with the internal team to achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements-

●Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

●Good convincing and negotiation abilities

●Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools

●Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

●Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but not mandatory

Comfortable working from the office
