Business Development Associate

 A leading electrical parts manufacturing company with a strong presence in domestic and industrial markets, known for quality products and customer-focused solutions  looking for energetic, professional, and dynamic MBA Freshers to join the Sales team

• Assist in sales planning and execution for assigned products/regions
• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for order fulfillment
• Maintain sales records, reports, and MIS
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Candidate Profile:MBA in Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
