Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Vile Parle West, Maharashtra (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Performance Bonuses

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible based on webinar timings)

Who We’re Looking For:

1–2 years experience (EdTech / Coaching / Consulting preferred)

Strong in high-ticket consultative selling

Confident in objection handling and closing

Excellent follow-up and CRM discipline

Resilient, target-driven and high ownership mindset

Fluent in Hindi (English professional level required)

Premium and polished communication skills

Conduct structured discovery calls

Close high-ticket programs

Manage follow-ups and CRM systems
