Business Development Associate

Couch Shine is a fast-growing home & corporate cleaning service brand. We are looking for an energetic and responsible person who will work closely with the Business Head and help grow the business. This role includes sales, coordination, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Visit corporate offices, hotels and commercial spaces
• Explain and sell Couch Shine services
• Generate and follow up on leads (calls & WhatsApp)
• Close corporate and bulk service deals

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate daily work with technicians
• Schedule services and ensure timely completion
• Handle basic customer queries and complaints
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Management Support

• Assist the Business Head in daily tasks
• Act as a coordination point between staff and customers
• Maintain simple daily reports

Admin Support

• Help track technician payments
• Maintain basic records in Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements

• RequirementsFresher or up to 1 year experience
• Good communication skills
• Languages: Hindi / Marathi (English basic)
• Willing to do field work
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Honest, disciplined and eager to learn
