Job Description
We are seeking a motivated BDE to drive sales of our IT hardware/software solutions (servers, workstations, networking, storage etc). You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals to achieve revenue targets, acting as a trusted advisor to clients on their infrastructure needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate new business via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to introduce hardware solutions and overcome initial gatekeepers.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule strategic discovery meetings or product demonstrations for the technical/sales team.
- Client Consultation: Understand client infrastructure pain points and recommend suitable hardware/software solutions.
- Solution Selling: Understand client infrastructure needs and recommend tailored hardware packages
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Proposal & Demo: Prepare technical proposals and conduct product presentations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest hardware trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies like cloud-integrated hardware
- Tracking: Update and maintain client databases
Required Skills:
- Product/Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware components and their business applications.
- Sales Hunter Mentality: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation within the IT or tech sector.
- Sales Prowess: Proven ability in negotiation, lead conversion, and meeting sales quotas.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Skilled at building rapport with C-level executives and IT managers to foster long-term loyalty.
- Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.
