*Position Overview:*

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Merchant Engagement Specialist to manage and grow our merchant network in Chennai, specifically aligned with the Audi brand segment. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-quality merchant partnerships to deliver a seamless premium experience to CRED members.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Identify, onboard, and manage premium merchants associated with the Audi ecosystem (e.g., dealerships, service centers, lifestyle partners)

Conduct regular field visits and merchant audits to ensure compliance and brand integrity

Train merchant staff on CRED tools, systems, and campaign execution

Monitor merchant performance and handle issue resolution proactively

Coordinate with internal teams to roll out merchant-focused campaigns and promotions

Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are maintained at all merchant touchpoints

*Requirements:*

Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant handling, onboarding, or field sales/audits

Experience working with merchants in retail, fintech, automotive, or luxury segments is preferred

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

Willingness to travel within the city for on-ground merchant visits

Familiarity with digital payments, POS systems, or CRM tools is a plus

Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized
