Job Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support overall business growth. This role involves market research, client communication, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Call, email, and connect with potential clients.
• Pitch company services and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly business development targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales/business development is a plus.
