🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

• Generate new leads and convert them into admissions/clients.
• Promote acting classes, registrations, portfolio shoots & other services.
• Maintain daily targets & achieve monthly sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents & clients.

Client Handling

• Attend walk-ins and explain acting class details, portfolio packages & registration process.
• Guide clients professionally and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain follow-up lists and call logs.

Production House Coordination

• Coordinate with teams for shoots, auditions, events & training schedules.
• Manage student lists for auditions, casting requirements & brand shoots.

Marketing & Promotion

• Support in promoting classes, shoots & services on social media.
• Help with campaigns, events & brand collaborations.
