Job Title: BD Executive - Air Cargo 

Experience: 2–3 Years (Any Industry)


Location: Andheri 

Openings: 4 (2 Female & 2 Male candidates)

Job Description We are looking for energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing Air Cargo team in Andheri. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, meet clients on-field, and sell our air freight and cargo solutions.

Whether you come from Insurance, Real Estate, Retail, or any Industry where you have proved yourself with achieving targets & have a passion for sales ; a "hunter" mindset, we want to talk to you!


Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential SMEs and corporate clients who require International air cargo services.
  • Field Visits: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Provide competitive quotes, negotiate rates, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by lining up meetings with your reporting manager & product heads. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the Mumbai cargo market.
  • Monthly Visit Plan : Prepare monthly visit plan & submit 
  • Daily & Weekly Review : You will have to keep your CRM updated for daily & weekly progress review. 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Field Sales (any industry).
  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi. 
  • Technology : Should be comfortable using CRM
  • Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and comfortable with traveling within Mumbai for client meetings.
  • Location:  Andheri East.
