I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive position with BDS Services Pvt Ltd, a professional B2B database management company headquartered in Mumbai with international offices in London and Amsterdam.

About the Role: As a BDE, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth. Your primary focus will be identifying and researching senior-level executives across various industries to present tailored business propositions. Specifically for our events projects, you will be responsible for generating leads for physical and virtual delegate tickets and ensuring revenue targets are met through new and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Establish contact with key decision-makers and deliver intelligent business propositions.

• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from the initial proposition to closing deals.

• Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries professionally to set and deliver on realistic expectations.

• CRM Maintenance: Ensure the company’s CRM system is consistently updated and accurate.

• Target Achievement: Work both independently and as part of a team to meet personal and company revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication: Proficient written and spoken English skills are essential.

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience (preferably in BPO/KPO) or motivated freshers with excellent communication skills.

• Skills: Proven experience in cold calling and managing client databases.

• Attributes: A sociable, self-motivated professional who thrives under pressure and possesses strong negotiation skills.
