Business Development Executive (BDE)

SHRINE MECHATRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED / JAGAT ENTERPRISE are importers, stockists, and distributors of a premium range of Linear Guides, Linear Bearings, Durbal Rod Ends, Miniature Guides, Ball Bush Bearings, Cam Followers, and other industrial automation products. As a trading company, we work closely with suppliers and customers to deliver reliable solutions and timely service to the industrial and automation sectors.

Role Overview: The Business Development Assistant to the Director will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Director. This role involves close interaction with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and effective communication.

DIRECTLY REPORTS TO COMPANY DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Director’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence
• Draft and prepare basic reports, emails, and presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• Support follow-ups on orders, deliveries, and related documentation
• Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information
• Assist in routine administrative and office tasks as required

The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective email and phone coordination. Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. The role requires a willingness to learn, take responsibility, and adapt quickly in a trading and industrial environment

Job Timings: Monday To Saturday (11.00 AM TO 7.00 PM)
