Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B – IT Products & Services)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our IT products and services in the B2B sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential business clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Present and promote IT products and services to prospects, aligning solutions with their business goals.
  • Prepare and send customized quotations based on client requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, updating client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Requirements:

  1. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  2. Basic understanding of IT products and services.
  3. Ability to handle objections and establish long-term client relationships.
  4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive approach to sales.
  5. Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or telecalling preferred.
  6. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
