Job Description

What You'll Do
You'll be the face of the platform in your assigned locality. Your job is to get real estate brokers to list their properties on our platform, help them stay active, and coordinate with buyers to close deals. This is a field sales role — you'll spend most of your day meeting brokers, visiting offices, and being on WhatsApp and calls.
Day-to-day:
- Reach out to brokers in your locality through cold calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Sign up new brokers and list their properties on the platform — including taking photos and filling in details
- Maintain relationships with onboarded brokers — help them add new listings, update old ones, and respond to buyer inquiries
- Coordinate between platform buyers and brokers to schedule viewings and close deals
- Upsell premium listing packages to active brokers
- Track all your activity — calls, meetings, listings, conversions — in the CRM
What success looks like: Your locality has active brokers with updated listings, buyers are getting responses, and deals are closing through the platform.
What Makes This Role Different
We don't charge brokers to list. The platform earns when a deal closes — from the buyer side. So your pitch to brokers is simple: list for free, get more buyers, keep your full brokerage. But simple doesn't mean easy. Brokers are busy, skeptical, and have been pitched by every platform out there. Your job is to earn their trust one meeting at a time.
Who We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, proptech, or any field sales role. Freshers with genuine hustle and comfort talking to strangers can also apply.
- You're comfortable walking into a broker's office unannounced and starting a conversation
- You can explain a product in 30 seconds on WhatsApp without sounding like a brochure
- You speak Hindi and English fluently. Local language (Kannada/Marathi/Punjabi depending on city) is a strong plus.
- You own a two-wheeler and are comfortable travelling across your assigned locality daily
- You handle rejection well — field sales means hearing "no" more often than "yes," and you keep going
- You can use WhatsApp, basic CRM tools, and a smartphone camera (for listing photos)
