Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online platforms.

 Counsel students about available university programs, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.

 Guide students throughout the entire admission process — from enquiry to enrollment.

 Maintain strong product knowledge of partnered university courses and admission policies.

 Coordinate with university partners to ensure smooth processing of student applications and documentation.

 Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM or Excel trackers
