Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for student acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue generation through counseling and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities• Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and field activities
• Counsel students regarding UPSC, MPSC, MBA, Law, and other competitive exams
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and promotional activities in colleges/societies
• Maintain and update lead database and follow-up regularly
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and events
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
Required Skills• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Basic knowledge of competitive exams (UPSC/MPSC/MBA/Law)
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or education industry
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
