📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow dealer relationships for consumer durable and electronics loan products
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dealer partners
• Generate business through the assigned dealer network
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
• Handle customer queries and support basic documentation requirements
• Conduct regular field visits and market coverage to expand business reach

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field sales activities and dealer coordination
• Basic understanding of sales and financial products is preferred
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach

🎯 Age Criteria:

• 19 to 45 years

💰 Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary 19000 to 23000
• Performance-based incentives up to 12000
• Additional benefits as per company policy
