Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: 1–2 years or Freshers with good English communication

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in the media or advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. 


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising and media space.

• Generate leads through networking, outreach, research, and market intelligence.

• Pitch agency capabilities and service offerings to prospective clients.

• Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress against targets.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, servicing) to develop tailored solutions for client needs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals under supervision of senior team members.


Required Skills & Competencies

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a media/advertising/digital agency.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Understanding of advertising services (digital, social media, creative, media planning, branding).

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (optional but beneficial).

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and basic documentation.
