Designation: Business Development Executive

Process: 

 ▫Salary - 15000/- to 25000/- Net + Monthly Incentives UPTO 25000/-

 ▫Education - HSC Mandatory

 ▫BPO Sales Experience with Excellent Communication

 ▫Timing - 10:00 - 7:00

 ▫Working - 6 Days 

 ▫Off – Rotational

▪(Virtual Interviews) Google Meet - Time: 2:30pm - 6:00pm

▪(F2F Interview) - Time: 12:00am - 7:00pm.

◻Responsibilities:

 ▫Contact potential or existing donors to inform them about our company's products.

 ▫Answer questions about our products.

 ▫Ask questions to understand donor's requirements and close sales.

 ▫Enter and update donor information in the database.

 ▫The call will have 4 major objectives:

▫To show gratitude towards donors, keeping in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives.

▫Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial.

▫Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate on that particular fundraiser itself by persuading them.

▫If the opportunity presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Let’s assume INR 1000 was amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more).

◻What you bring to the table:

 ▫Work experience of 0-4 years in Tele calling 

 ▫Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
