Job Description

Kermis Events is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, identifying potential clients, and establishing strategic partnerships. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and laptop proficiency are essential for this role. Candidates must have their own laptop.


  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through market research, networking, and outbound communication.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the events industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel to track leads, sales performance, and client interactions.
  • Create and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Laptop proficiency and ability to work with digital tools and CRM software.
  • Own laptop is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
