Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are one of the leading diagnostic centre since 20 years and having 10 branches across Mumbai.

Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by developing referral networks, managing corporate and doctor tie-ups, increasing patient footfall, and expanding the diagnostic centers presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identifying the new market and expanding the new branches and collection centre

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities for pathology and radiology services.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.

·        Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities (CMEs, health camps, awareness programs, etc.).

·        Monitor and analyse local market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

·        Coordinate with operations and lab teams to ensure excellent customer service and turnaround time.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

·        Manage promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and local brand awareness.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and local regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

·        Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing - Healthcare).

·        Prior experience in Diagnostic centers, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Hospitals, or healthcare marketing preferred.

·        Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

·        Result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

·        Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.

Compensation:

·        Fixed Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 /month (based on experience)

·        Incentives: Performance-based monthly/quarterly incentives

·        Other benefits: Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement
