Business Development Executive (BDE)

*About the Role:*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth in the HORECA segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, onboarding new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and institutional partners.

### 

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and acquire new HORECA clients including premium hotels, restaurant chains, and cafes

* Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers

* Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations

* Achieve monthly sales targets and drive repeat business

* Track market trends and competitor activity in the HORECA space

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support

* Ensure proper visibility and placement of products at client locations

* Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads

### *Requirements:*

* 1-3 years of sales experience in the HORECA or FMCG industry

* Strong network and understanding of the HORECA segment

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Self-driven with a passion for building client relationships

* Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools

* Willingness to travel within assigned territory

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

* Prior experience in healthy snacks/beverages/foodservice category is a plus
