Job Role: Female Busniess Develop Executive– Online Interior Services

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Female Sales Manager to lead and grow our online sales of interior design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of interior design and turnkey solutions through online platforms, social media, and digital communication.

* Generate leads via online campaigns, follow-ups, and networking.

* Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions for residential and commercial interiors.

* Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

* Conduct online presentations, video calls, and virtual consultations with clients.

* Coordinate with the design and execution team to ensure client satisfaction.

* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in interiors, real estate, or luxury lifestyle services).

* Strong communication and persuasive selling skills (English & Hindi/Regional).

* Comfortable using digital tools, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet.

* Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at closing deals.

* Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
