Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support on-ground partners for their daily operational requirements and escalations.

• Act as the first point of contact for partners for any process-related or operational concerns.
• Educate partners on payout structures, incentives, and salary components to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues faced by partners in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular calling and follow-ups with partners to collect feedback on processes, performance challenges, and improvement areas.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines among partners.
