Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and engage new clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and automation partners.
Present and demonstrate DOCH’s smart home solutions to potential clients through in-person meetings and online sessions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Channel Development
Onboard and support new System Integrators (SIs) and channel partners.
Educate partners about DOCH product lines, pricing, and technical advantages.
Ensure consistent engagement and sales growth within assigned territories.
Lead Generation & Sales Execution
Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Qualify prospects and convert them into successful projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and customer engagement.
Maintain all lead and customer details in the company CRM system.
Proposal & Negotiation
Prepare and share customized quotations and proposals as per client requirements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to close deals efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Industry Networking
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote DOCH and its products.
Build a professional network within the smart home and electrical automation industry.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team for sales collateral, campaigns, and promotions.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to deliver accurate solutions and after-sales support.
