Job Description
- Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets through enrolments set by the Departmental Head
- Customer Acquisition & Meetings:
- Conduct 18–25 meetings per week with SME/entrepreneur prospects to pitch offerings and close deals.
- Lead Management:
- Track and follow up on all incoming leads from CRM, reviewers, campaigns, and references.
- Sales Presentations & Consultations:
- Conduct structured solution-selling presentations based on smmart's sales frameworks (SPANCO, SPIN, Burgers).
- Conversion & Closures:
- Handle objections, offer solutions, and ensure quick conversion from inquiry to closure.
- CRM Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of meetings, lead progress, closure details, and pipeline forecasts in DAR / CRM.
- Client Servicing Coordination:
- Ensure post-enrolment formalities adherence, coordinate handover to the Review & Delivery team for seamless onboarding.
- Feedback & Testimonials:
- Gather client reviews, testimonials, and referrals post-conversion for continued brand credibility.
- Seminar & Workshop Enrolments:
- Ensure conversion of footfalls from smmart workshops/seminars into full program enrolments.
