Job Description

  • Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets through enrolments set by the Departmental Head
  • Customer Acquisition & Meetings:
  • Conduct 18–25 meetings per week with SME/entrepreneur prospects to pitch offerings and close deals.
  • Lead Management:
  • Track and follow up on all incoming leads from CRM, reviewers, campaigns, and references.
  • Sales Presentations & Consultations:
  • Conduct structured solution-selling presentations based on smmart's sales frameworks (SPANCO, SPIN, Burgers).
  • Conversion & Closures:
  • Handle objections, offer solutions, and ensure quick conversion from inquiry to closure.
  • CRM Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of meetings, lead progress, closure details, and pipeline forecasts in DAR / CRM.
  • Client Servicing Coordination:
  • Ensure post-enrolment formalities adherence, coordinate handover to the Review & Delivery team for seamless onboarding.
  • Feedback & Testimonials:
  • Gather client reviews, testimonials, and referrals post-conversion for continued brand credibility.
  • Seminar & Workshop Enrolments:
  • Ensure conversion of footfalls from smmart workshops/seminars into full program enrolments.
