Job Role & Responsibilities:As a Career Development Executive (Sales), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building long-term relationships with professionals seeking career advancement through higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to prospective working professionals.

  • Effectively communicate the value of upskilling and the advantages of various programs.

  • Schedule and conduct counseling sessions with interested candidates.

  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process and convert leads into admissions.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in EdTech or B2C).

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with strong academic background.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

  • Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation skills.

  • Professional appearance and good personality.

  • No academic or employment gaps.

  • Compensation:Fixed Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA
