Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Identifying Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to discover growth opportunities for the company.
Strategy Development: Develop actionable strategies and business plans to meet organizational goals and capitalize on new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Initiate contact with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
Product Promotion: Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings. Negotiate effectively to secure favorable deals.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage company resources efficiently. Monitor and evaluate business performance regularly.
Team Leadership: Work closely with leadership to align business goals with market trends. Lead the team to achieve defined sales targets.
Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
