Job Title: Business Development Executive (Education / Coaching Institute)Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Champions Private Tuitions is a premier coaching institute offering academic and competitive exam preparation for students from Classes 8 to 12 (ICSE, CBSE, ISC) along with JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, Olympiads, and Foundation Courses. We focus on concept clarity, result-oriented teaching, and personalised mentoring.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to promote our academic programs, generate student enrollments, build relationships with parents and schools, and contribute to the growth of Champions Private Tuitions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel parents and students about courses, fee structures, and admission process
  • Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, school tie-ups, and events
  • Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Conduct campus visits, seminars, counselling sessions, and demo class coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, students, and parents
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback
  • Support scholarship tests, seminars, and promotional activities
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Passion for education and student success
  • Basic knowledge of school boards and competitive exams (preferred)
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools
  • Presentable, confident, and professional attitude
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in education sales / counselling / coaching institutes
