Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (Education / Coaching Institute)Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai
Champions Private Tuitions is a premier coaching institute offering academic and competitive exam preparation for students from Classes 8 to 12 (ICSE, CBSE, ISC) along with JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, Olympiads, and Foundation Courses. We focus on concept clarity, result-oriented teaching, and personalised mentoring.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to promote our academic programs, generate student enrollments, build relationships with parents and schools, and contribute to the growth of Champions Private Tuitions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel parents and students about courses, fee structures, and admission process
- Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, school tie-ups, and events
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Conduct campus visits, seminars, counselling sessions, and demo class coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, students, and parents
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback
- Support scholarship tests, seminars, and promotional activities
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Passion for education and student success
- Basic knowledge of school boards and competitive exams (preferred)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools
- Presentable, confident, and professional attitude
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in education sales / counselling / coaching institutes
- Comfortable interacting with parents and senior students
