Role Summary

Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for IT infrastructure, smart solutions, and technology projects through a strong techno-commercial approach across government, enterprise, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development


  • Identify new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, AI, IoT, surveillance, networking, AV, and data center solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, corporates, and educational institutions
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs and technology providers

Techno-Commercial Competencies


  • Understand client requirements and propose technically sound solutions
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, compliance statements, and costing
  • Analyze RFPs, tenders, and specifications for feasibility
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and architecture
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Tender & Government Business


  • Drive participation on Government e Marketplace and other e-procurement portals
  • Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle from identification to submission and follow-up
  • Liaise with consultants, departments, and procurement officials
  • Ensure compliance with bid conditions and documentation

Account & Project Coordination


  • Track order execution, payment follow-ups, and client satisfaction
  • Support project handover to delivery and service teams
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecasts

Required Skills


  • Strong understanding of IT systems integration business
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with commercial viability
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes
  • Self-driven with strong ownership mindset

Preferred Experience


  • 26 years in IT sales / system integration / technology projects
  • Experience in surveillance, networking, data center, AV, or smart solutions preferred
  • Engineering / IT / Management background is an advantage
