Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

1. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
2. Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
3. Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
4. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
5. Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Desired Candidate Profile: 

1. Graduate in any field with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Retail housing finance.
2. DSA, HL & Builder Experience is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of loan documentation process.
4. Male candidates will be preferred.
5. Should have experience in open market business sourcing.
6. Good communication and selling skills is must.
