Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Visa Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, assessing eligibility, explaining visa processes, and coordinating documentation for various countries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients on work visa, study visa, and travel visa options
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways
• Explain visa procedures, timelines, costs, and documentation clearly
• Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with documentation and backend processing teams
• Ensure compliance with immigration rules and company policies
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor (preferred)
• Knowledge of visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Singapore, etc.
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple clients
• Sales-oriented mindset with ethical practices
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Preferred Candidate ProfileBackground in immigration consultancy or overseas education
• Target-driven and client-focused approach
