Location – Mumbai – Lower Parel Title: - Associate / Sr. Associate

Distribution Sales

Broader Role / Responsibilities:

1.     Acquire and manage individual retail customers for insurance, MF, bonds, and Fixed Income.

2.     Source leads through references, field activity, digital channels, and customer outreach.

3.     Conduct need-analysis, product presentations, and convert prospects into sales.

4.     Recommend suitable products based on customer risk profile and financial goals.

5.      Offer comprehensive investment and protection solutions to increase wallet share.

6.     Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

7.     Assist customers with applications, documentation, KYC, and post-sales servicing.

8.     Stay updated on product features, interest rates, market trends, and competitor offerings.

9.      Ensure all sales follow IRDAI/AMFI and internal compliance guidelines.


Requirements

 

•        Any Graduate

•        At least 0.6 -5 years working within a Financial Advisory environment preferably in a proactive role in a BFSI / Finance Sector.

•        Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written communication skills

•        High degree of accuracy. Willing and able to work extra hours on occasions to complete tasks

•        Joining Time: ASAP

 

Knowledge of Equities Market added advantage.
